By using thepoetsvault.com and making purchases from The Poet’s Vault, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment
All prices are in US dollars. Orders are confirmed by email after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraud.

Shipping
We ship via USPS including Media Mail for eligible items. Processing time is 1-3 business days. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at store@thepoetsvault.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. All sales of used records are final.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are charged at time of purchase. Release dates are estimates and subject to change. If a pre-order becomes unavailable we will issue a full refund. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed unless the release is delayed more than 90 days.

In-Store Purchases
All in-store sales are final except for defective merchandise identified at time of purchase.

Limitation of Liability
The Poet’s Vault is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Disputes shall be resolved in Mecklenburg County, NC.
