Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Vinyl records that have been opened or removed from their original shrink wrap
- Cassette tapes that have been opened
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing time can vary. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at store@thepoetsvault.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at store@thepoetsvault.com and we will provide return instructions.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: 6424 South Blvd Suite B, Charlotte, NC 28217.
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
